The hockey player is currently in his second stint with the Rangers organization, having been hired as a free agent last October. Since their first season, they have made eleven appearances in the Stanley Cup Finals, winning in 1928, 1933, 1940, and 1994.

Despite these four victories, the Rangers are the least successful franchise of the original six teams.
